About - Acroprint / timeQplus / AcroTime
Acroprint was founded in 1969 by Wilbur Robbins. Their first product was a Model 125 paper time card punch machine. Interestingly enough, this nearly 50 year old device is still available for purchase today at an astounding $350.00 price tag.
Throughout the 1970s to early 2000s, Acroprint operated with the same model of business providing paper time card collection machines and the accompanying paper time cards.
timeQplus was added to their product lineup as an on premise install software that tracks employee time card punches and time sheets. Client’s typically pay a one-time fee for the software and self-host on their own in-house computers or servers.
This on-premise software is limited by number of users, but can be expanded for a fee to accommodate companies with a larger employee size.
In 2010, Acroprint announced AcroTime, an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web hosted Time Labor Management (TLM) software solution.
